winauth-running-on-all-OS.cli is a fork of the original open-source WinAuth project focused on a GUI-free command-line tool that runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows through Mono.
The CLI imports standard otpauth:// exports, stores them in a local XML vault, and generates codes for normal TOTP, HOTP, and Steam Guard. Steam Guard is handled with Valve's 5-character alphabet, not a numeric 5-digit TOTP shortcut.
